Kink.page initially came to market as KinkPage.com. It was started by UK immigrant Brandon Myers in 2018[2]. Myers first thought of the idea for the site after he had worked with the prominent editorial site theDailyDot. After helping create and monetize theDailyDot.com and their NSFW content section [3]. Myers had a vision for his own content that was centered around sexual equality. It was in August of 2018 that KinkPage.com was born.
KinkPage.com famously fell victim to a DDoS and domain hijacking on August 3rd, 2019. While on a flight back to the United States, KinkPage.com was sold to unverified interests. Using a carbon copy of the original site, Myers and his team decided to buy and migrate to Kink.Page.[4]
Operations and management
Kink.page is DBA HatGray, LLC, the parent company that operates and owns all of Myers' domains. Other owned properties include: UK.Page, US.Page, You.Page, Discounts.Page, Airline.Page, and others.[5]
